Premier Shandy move to the top of the table after a 12-0 win over The Kings. Young Tigers didn't win any points tonght and slip to second with a ten point gap. Lightning Strikes lost again but keep third place by a point over Bata Bullets.

Scott Kenney had the best game and series of the night: 198 (223 with handicap) and 554 (629). Tom Cummins was next best with a new high series, +7 to 543 (627). Boycie was also over 500 (502, 619) so Premier Shandy scored a new team high scratch series for the league, 1,056 (1,248)

Mark hit a new high series, +34 to 491 (617) Both Bata Bullets also had new high series: Darrel was +17 to 433 (595) and Mick Martin was +26 to 396 (588). Keith MacFarlane had a new high game, 13 higher at 191 (235 - the best of the night) and James Mullarkey also improved by 13 to 168 (222).

The finals of the Davies Shield and Plate were played. Premier Shandy defeated Split Happens in the Shield final and Pin Pals were beated by Easybowl in the Plate final. Full Results»

Steve performed a magic trick in converting a 4-6-7-10 split ("bedposts") - the first time it has been done in recent memory! In the next frame Terry E also got lucky with a bounce off the back wall to get an 8-10 split.
