Premier Shandy increase their lead at the top of the table to twelve points despite losing 4-8 tonight to Hit & MIss. Second place Young Tigers also lost, 2-10 to Team Aeriel. Several chasing teams made up some ground on both leaders with Team Aeriel trailing Tigers by five points. The top half of the table is very close at the moment - just 12 points separate second from tenth.

Steve was top scorertonight with 536 (641 with handicap) and Karl was nect best with 516 (606). Karen had the best handicap series - 642, courtesy of the high spot of the night - a personal best 221 game and only one pin lower than the high game of the league scored by Berenice and Merv. Her 280 handicap game is the best of the league to date.

Imran had new high scores for the league: his 493 series was 18 higher and included a 185 game which was 12 higher. Mick Martin improved his high scores again with a 404 series (+8) and a 166 game (+11). Karl had his first 200 game of the league, 208 (238) an improvement of 9 pins.

The average scratch game this week was 138.9 (140.0 so far in the league) and the average scratch series was 416.6 (Last week 427.8)
