For the second week there were no changes in the top four places. Team Aeriel could only draw against strong opposition from Young Tigers while Lightning Strikes in second took 8 points from Bunz n Burner to close the gap to just two points. Young Tigers remain seven points adrift and ten points in front of the Kings in fourth

Lots of good scoring tonight with six players having new high scores for the season and 15 having their handicaps reduced. Eric Parmintuan was top scorer, improving his high score by 18 to 591 (654 with handicap.) Eric also had the best game, 208. (229) Kris Woodward hit a new personal best 542 which included his first two 200 games of the season and the best handicap game of the night 242 (207 scratch)

Others to record new high scores were: Paul Boston +29 to 495 (630), Imran Iqbal +10 to 490 (647), Simon Goodwin +7 to 468 (624) and Darren Stell +5 to 444 (582)

The average scratch game this week was 148.8 and the league to date average improved again, by 0.4 to 143.9. The average scratch series this week was 446.5 (last week 435.7).
