Duo did just enough on position night to win the league by three points. Mac Too finished strongly to move ahead of Brothers Grimm into second place.

Mac Too and Mick King produced all of the high scores tonight. Mick had a new high series for the league with 590 (665 with handicap) including the only 200 game of the night, 200 (225). The team became the fourth team to hit 1,000 pins scratch for the series - 1,009 (1,195)

Liz Lake converted a 1-3-6-7 split.

Leaders Duo were beaten 5-7 tonight and missed a chance to make the league safe. Brothers Grimm also lost but are only five points behind Duo and Mac Too picked up ten points in third place and can also win the league next week.

Well done to Jason Kettle who was standing in for Mick Freeborn. In his first match in this league had three high scoring games in reaching 593 scratch (599 with handicap) including the best scratch game of the league, 235 (237). Nicola Rye-Holland and the Young Ones playing against Brothers Grimm had all the high handicap scores; Nicola hit a 233 game (269) and a 542 (650) series while the team scores were the best of the night by some way.

Liz Lake had a new high series 475 (604) which included a double in the last frame of game three to take what might be a vital point off Duo.

With another win tonight, over second place Brothers Grimm, Duo appear to be heading for another Summer league title. They lead by five points from the Brothers. Mac Too in third place lost to Men Behaving Badly but retain their place by two points.

Men Behaving Badly hit the highest team scores in the league so far including a 401 scratch game (474 with handicap). Gary Wileman also had the best handicap game of the league.

Mick King converted a 5-10 split.

The top three teams all won tonight and their positions are unchanged. Duo have a one point lead over Brothers Grimm and Mac Too are another five points behind them. Men Behaving Badly also won and move up a place to fourth.

Some good scores tonight; six 500 series and finally, two more 200 games. Richard Lester was top scorer with 555 (621 with handicap) with Dale Cousins only two behind on 553 (625). Merv Farrow had the best handicap series with 628 (529 scratch). Dale also had the best game; 214 (238).

For the third time in four weeks another team heads the table. Duo go to the top by three points from Brothers Grimm and Mac Too, last weeks first and third who drew tonight.

Three series over 500 tonight but once again, no 200 games. Dale Cousins was top scorer with 526 (604 with handicap) with Steve Emmony just behind at 525 (630).

Last weeks leaders Mac Too slipped up against third place Duo tonight and fall to third place, five points behind new leaders Brothers Grimm. The Brothers beat Men Behaving Badly 10-2 to reach top spot, one point ahead of Duo.

The Brothers provided all of the high scores this week. Terry had his best score for years; 593 (701 with handicap) which included the first 200+ game of the league so far - 214 (250). The Brothers now also head all the high team scores for the league so far, except for scratch game.
Susi Cousins did well to convert a 4-7-10 split.

After another 10-2 win Mac Too stay at the top of the table from Brithers Grimm three points behind in second and Duo in third.

Most of the high scores came from the Pin Fellers v Brothers Grimm match. Steve Emmon had the best scratch series, 521 (644 with handicap) with Dale Cousins only a pin behind. Dale had the highest game; 197 (216) but Steve hit the best handicap game, 230.
